Kuala Lumpur, 28 October 2025 — The recently concluded Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programme marked another milestone in building Malaysia’s capacity for skilled and confident trainers. Designed to equip participants with the skills, techniques, and confidence to conduct effective training sessions, this nationally recognised programme provides a pathway for aspiring trainers to become certified professionals under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp).

Held from 24 to 28 October 2025, the workshop brought together 25 enthusiastic participants who share a passion for teaching, sharing knowledge, and leading effective learning experiences.

The five-day training focused on developing essential competencies such as session planning, delivery techniques, learning engagement, and communication strategies. Participants also learned to align training outcomes with HRD Corp standards, ensuring quality and professionalism in their future roles as trainers.

The programme was made possible through a collaborative effort between MyBIM and IACT College, with training sessions conducted in a conducive and supportive learning environment. The organisers expressed appreciation to HRD Corp for its continued commitment to empowering individuals through its PWD Development initiative, which supports inclusive participation in workforce development.

“HRD Corp meneruskan inisiatif memperkasa komuniti Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) melalui program PWD Development.
